Agencies must follow strict Accreditation Standards to maintain status as a State Agency, therefore allowing athletes to take part in Special Olympics. *Standards are subject to change from year to year -
Medical Registration Policies (contact office to obtain Medical Form)
Once an agency has been formed, athletes must fill out a medical registration and release form before they can join the Agency and participate in Special Olympics competition. To obtain a medical form from the Special Olympics Program Office, email ssotelo@specialolympicswisconsin.org. -
