The Northern State Golf Tournament will take place on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Ledgeview Golf Course, Championship Course in De Pere, Wisconsin. Athletes from across the state will compete in a 9-Hole Unified or Individual Competition.

- Unified Alternate Shot Team Play, 9-Hole Competition
- Individual Stroke Play, 9-Hole Competition
