What: Performance Stations are events held near the field of play at tournaments or Games that prepare athletes to compete to their personal best and make the connection between fitness and athletic performance.
How: The performance station will educate and activate members of the movement in competition readiness and the tenets of fitness: nutrition, hydration and physical activity.
Who: Athletes, partners, coaches, family members, volunteers and staff will learn how to improve performance the day of competition and in the future. With improved fitness, everyone can improve their performance in both sport and health, leading to a better quality of life.
You do not need to be competing at Spring Games to attend the Performance Station.
