Nine at Night
Coming up quickly on Friday, August 14 is the 2020 Nine at Night at High Cliff Golf Course presented by the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Wisconsin. This unique evening in Sherwood combines glow in the dark golf balls, decked out golf carts, and drinks for the perfect escape on the High Cliff Golf Course. Due to the nature of the sport, this event will be socially distanced, so feel safe as you tee off at twilight! Get your tickets today!
On Thursday, August 20, you’ll be able to catch a Milwaukee Milkmen baseball game, with proceeds going toward Special Olympics Wisconsin! In just their second season, they have already turned into one of the hottest sports tickets in town. Snag your tickets today!
Virtual Buckshot Run
Another exciting event to mark on your calendars is the 2020 Virtual Buckshot Run! Beginning Friday, August 28 and extending through Friday, September 4 , this event is complete with a 2-mile run, a 5-mile run, a scavenger walk, and a family walk! SOWI supporters from across the state can participate from the comfort of their own neighborhoods in their preferred run or, if you’re an Eau Claire local, you can head to Carson Park where you can run the famous course at your own leisure or complete an exciting and socially distanced scavenger walk set up just for you! SOWI Golf Classic
If the Nine at Night event seems more your speed, we also encourage you to check out the SOWI Golf Classic hosted at the beautiful University Club in Milwaukee on Monday, September 14. SOWI athletes and community members will come together for 18 holes of golf and plenty of fun along the way. Enjoy a relaxing morning on the green while supporting the 9,000 athletes of Wisconsin.
