Gymnastics is a sport requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, dedication and endurance. SOWI offers two disciplines of Gymnastics. Artistic Gymnastics includes short routines performed on an apparatus, including vault, bars, beam, and floor. Rhythmic gymnastics combines the elements of ballet, gymnastics, and apparatus manipulation including rope, hoop, ball, club, and ribbon.
2023 Competition Options
Athletes will compete at Summer Games at UW-Whitewater on June 8-10, 2023. Athletes will be assigned divisions prior to the event based on qualifying scores.
