Make a Difference. Be a Volunteer. 

More than 400 athletes will be competing at this year’s Southwestern State Bowling Tournament, sponsored by Information Technology Professionals. Tournament will be at Bowl-A-Vard in Madison and Prairie Lanes in Sun Prairie. Come out and cheer on our athletes!

We are looking for 175 volunteers to help throughout the day from 11:15am to 5:00pm. Volunteer shifts are broken down to 11:15am-2:30pm and 1:45pm-5:00pm. Our highest need for volunteers is during the afternoon shift (1:45pm – 5:00pm) at Bowl-A-Vard. 

Volunteer positions include:

• Lane Helper: Helping athletes on the lanes – making sure they are bowling in the correct order and cheering them on!
• Awards: Get awards ribbons prepared and hand out to athletes.

Please sign up for a shift time and location. Volunteer positions will be assigned on the day of the tournament based on need.
