3:00 p.m. Check-in Begins at Host Hotel
Holiday Inn – 1001 Amber Avenue, Stevens Point – (715) 344-0200 press 3 or make your reservations online at: Special Olympics General Inventory 2016. When making reservations you must refer to block code: SOC for Law Enforcement Officers. The block will be released on May 9, 2017, so book soon! Please do not book more rooms than you need so everyone can make their reservation. The following rates will be honored: $82.00 for single occupancy; $109.00 for double occupancy plus tax. Hotel rooms must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to incur no charges.

3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Hospitality Suites Open and Raffle ticket sales begin (12 tickets for $10)

5:30 p.m. 3rd Annual LETR Tug-of-War Competition
UW-Stevens Point – Kotel Field
Officers from across the state compete by Region for a traveling trophy

6:00 p.m. LETR Welcome Gauntlet – Athletes, Staging & Parade
UW-Stevens Point Colman Track
Officers form gauntlets at the Southeast and Southwest gate entrances to the field to greet athletes as they enter the track. Parade begins at approximately 6:30 p.m.

7:00 p.m. 2017 State Summer Games Opening Ceremony
UW-Stevens Point Colman Track

8:30 p.m. Law Enforcement Celebration Party
Holiday Inn Expo Center– 1001 Amber Avenue
LIVE MUSIC BY 2/3 The Ciderboys and appetizers

9:45 p.m. Wisconsin LETR Dale Brunner Hall of Fame Awards Presentation

10:30 p.m. Raffle & Silent Auction closes. Winners immediately posted.
