The SOWI Indoor Triathlon will take place on January 28, 2018 at the Lussier Family East YMCA in Madison. This will be a multiple-stage competition involving the completion of three non-continuous and non-sequential disciplines, including swimming, cycling, and running. All events will be indoors where athletes utilize treadmills, stationary bicycles and a pool. Volunteers will be needed to escort athletes to and from each event/station as well as keep time and assist with equipment.
