The Fit5 Challenge!

SOWI is challenging all SOWI constituents to take the Fit5 Challenge! For the next 5 weeks:

  • Exercise for 5 days each week
  • Eat 5 total fruits and vegetables each day
  • Drink 5 bottles of water each day

Complete the Fit5 Tracker above, and at the end of the 5 weeks, you’ll be one step closer to your fittest self!
