If you’ve been asked to participate in our Parade of Athletes for our Virtual Celebration Ceremony, you’ll want to submit your video here!

Here’s how recording the video works:

1. Catch a ball from off-screen on your right side (it can be any ball!)
2. State your name, what agency you’re from, and what region you’re representing
   Example: “Hi athletes! My name is John Smith and I am from Team Milwaukee Agency 8-42. I’m representing Region 8 today!”
3. Throw the ball off-screen on your left side
4. Upload the video using the form below
