“Who are our Agency Managers?”

A piece of Special Olympics Wisconsin’s (SOWI) 2011-2015 Strategic Plan is to not only spread our reach to new volunteers, families and athletes, but also to ensure a succession plan is in place for all of our leaders. 

These goals drove the questions asked in a survey completed by local programs (Agencies) this past fall as part of their annual accreditation process.  Agencies provided a wealth of information including how many hours are volunteered by key leaders in order to run a successful program as well as details about Agency succession planning.  

The data Agencies shared left SOWI wanting to know more in an effort to paint a full picture of local volunteers needs for the future.  The compiled facts are shown on the Organization-Wide Well-Being infographic.
