Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Wisconsin has coined the Truck Convoy as one of their many signature events that brings fundraising and awareness together in one unique event. Celebrating the trucking industry, its allied partners, and law enforcement working together to raise funds for Special Olympics Wisconsin.

In 2022, 81 trucks participated and raised nearly $100,000 for Special Olympics Wisconsin athletes.

In 2023, we are looking forward to connecting with participants, new and returning,
bringing excitement and joy to the trucking community,
and going above and beyond to support and fund raise for the 7,242 Special Olympics Wisconsin athletes!

Event Schedule:

7:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Registration open and breakfast available at Mercury Marine
9:00 AM: Opening ceremonies and auction results for lead trucks
9:30AM: Trucks depart Mercury Marine in serials (groups of 25) and head north on I-41
10:00 AM: Trucks arrive at EAA
10:00 AM –11:30 AM: Live music, Unified Bags Tournament, raffles, family fun.
11:30 PM: Lunch is served
12:30 PM: Truck Convoy program (sponsor awards, 50/50 Raffle & Big Ticket Winners)
3:00 PM: Trucks depart EAA

Notes:

Each year, truck drivers can bid to be the lead truck and last truck of the Truck Convoy at Mercury Marine.

A 50/50 raffle, 2 Big Ticket Auctions, and a Silent Auction will be held at the EAA Luncheon and will have access to begin bidding on September 11, 2023.

New and exciting announcements coming for Wisconsin’s 2024 Truck Convoy. Announcements will be shared at this year’s luncheon.
